Founding director of Australian Income Protection.
Ted has had extensive involvement within Industry groups.
Commenced working in the financial services sector in 1989, including the insurance and superannuation industries, generating a new market for Income Protection.
Diploma in Financial Services, Insurance Broking.

Les Jones -General Manager

Les founded Blue-GUM (then PSH Solutions Pty Ltd ) in 1998. Les has worked in the life and superannuation industry for more than 25 years in varying roles, including sales, underwriting as well as numerous executive management positions. He has specialised in the area of Group Life and Disability insurance for the last 17 years.
Was the innovator behind the Partner underwriting management system, the first web-based workflow communication and management tool developed for the group risk marketplace. Partner is able to support multiple masterfunds, superannuation funds and other wrap investment platforms from a central web based platform. When it was released it quickly became the standard that all other risk providers strived to equal.
Les and his team have established a new group risk underwriting business in conjunction with Zurich to provide exceptional levels of service and highly competitive products to Australian employers and the operators of Investment and superannuation platforms.

Loretta Junge - Operations Manager

Loretta has worked with many of Australia's major insurance companies for over 20 years.
She has extensive experience developing, training and leading some of the best group risk administration teams in the Australian market.
With her excellent interpersonal skills and focus on getting results for the clients, her service delivery record is unsurpassed.
Her teams have traditionally had extremely low staff turnover rates and have enjoyed working with the best in the business.

Duncan Lovelee - Claims Manager / Director

Duncan joined Australian Income Protection in 2004. In his role, Duncan is responsible for managing Australian Income Protection claims team and services, making sure all clients benefit from highest levels of customer satisfaction. Duncan is also responsible for new business development as well as the delivery of tailored products and services, meeting the needs and expectations of individual clients.
In his time in the business, Duncan has worked in all departments of the business from accounts, claims and administration to management and broking services for Australian Income Protection. As part of this, Duncan has gained considerable experience and knowledge of insurance industry and what allows Australian Income Protection provide superior quality services and insurance products today.
Prior to joining Australian Income Protection, Duncan worked in the financial planning industry where his role was to prepare financial reports and life insurance services for clients.
Duncan has a strong background in insurance broking and general insurance and holds an ASIC Tier 1 and 2 level in general insurance

Emma Manurung - Financial Controller
Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia

Bachelor of Financial Administration (major in Accounting)
Emma joined Australian Income Protection Pty Limited (AIP) as a financial controller in January 2011.
Prior to her role at AIP, she was an audit manager in a second tier chartered accounting firm, with over 12 years of audit experience with publicly listed and private companies across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, financial services, debt collection, telecommunication, film, insurance and not for profit entities.

Matt Smith - Chief Information Officer

Over 15 years experience as a developer, technical analyst and systems engineer
Been employed as consultant by blue chip companies to advise on application architecture, implementation and security.
